DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION

During Production Inspections are quality control measures that are conducted at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure that the final product meets the required quality standards. These inspections are conducted by qualified inspectors who check the product for defects, flaws, and other issues that may affect its quality.

DPI inspections are normally performed at the 50% completion stage of production. However, we recommend that this review be done at the 10-15% stage to validate the product and packaging against customer requirements and specifications. We make sure that the production is approved according to the customer's demands and standards. Inconsistencies will be detected at an early stage, thus reducing defective rates throughout the remainder of production. We can also report the production schedule, daily staff capacity, whether the product meets the estimated finished time and shipping date.
